The local ladder leagues are a great way to get competitive play. The ladder seasons typically run from early Spring to mid Fall. All skill levels are welcome, and ladders can be a great way for newer players to get started with competitive pickleball.
The Challenge Ladder lets players form teams that they stick with for the duration of the season. Teams are ranked from top to bottom and each team may challenge the teams ranked ahead of them to climb the ladder.
The Skills Ladder is designed for players to compete as individual. Players are roughly divided into groups of four by skill level and play round robins amongst themselves. Players may move up or down in group throughout the season according to their performances in the round robin games.
