What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect basic contact and pickleball related information from our members. Only a first and last name are required to become a member, although members are encouraged to share other contact information. Your age is used in creating TeamReach events when age is required. Your email is used for club communication.
Who we share your data with
We share certain member information such as name, phone, & e-mail with other members. No information is shared with third parties or advertisers.
How long we retain your data
We retain member data for as long as they remain members. If you would like to terminate your membership, contact us and we will erase any information held by the club.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
